About StatementConverter

We turn painful manual data entry into a 5-second upload.

Why we built this

Anyone who has ever done bookkeeping knows the drill: your bank gives you a PDF statement, your accounting software wants a CSV, and you get to spend your afternoon copy-pasting transactions by hand. We built StatementConverter because that workflow is a waste of human time.

Our tool reads bank statement PDFs directly, extracts every transaction with dates, descriptions, amounts, and running balances, verifies the math against the statement's own opening and closing balances, and hands you a clean CSV or Excel file — in about five seconds.

What we care about

Privacy first

Your PDF is deleted immediately after parsing. Results auto-delete after 30 minutes. We never train AI on your data.

Accuracy

Template-based parsing for each bank layout, plus automated balance verification that flags discrepancies.

Speed

No signup, no install, no waiting. Upload a statement, get structured data back in seconds.
